MVP recently discovered a never-before-seen set of 12 original photographs of the Mesilla Valley. Likely taken some time in the 1890s, this unique set of photos illustrates a trip through the Mesilla Valley in southern New Mexico. Each photo captures a precious glimpse of the valley—from Mesilla to Las Cruces and elsewhere—giving us perspective on not just architecture, but on the people and how they lived. Each photo was also captioned by the photographer, giving us additional information. MVP has produced high-quality digital scans of these photos, and is making them available as a a 2014 calendar, and as tasteful note cards on heavy-duty card stock. Full-sized prints are also available (contact MVP for details).
While supplies last, MVP also offers back-issues of our popular Casas de Antano tour brochures, with photography and historical write-ups on the properties that we have showcased.
